Payment Methods Accepted:
Payment can be made by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Paypal and CASH. Cardholder Must present card at time of payment. If your payment is with credit card, please note an additional fee may apply. LG Moving reserves the right to collect for services rendered before the move is completed.
Deposits: Deposit will go towards your final balance. However, are non-refundable upon cancellation.
Additional fees: We do our best to provide you with the best accurate quote based upon the information you provide. Please assure you give as many details possible during your questioner quote process/phone assessment so no additional fees are given.
Damages: Although our moving staff will be as careful as possible, from time to time damages may occur. If a damage is caused by our staff, at our discretion, we will: repair the item or compensate for its depreciated value. China, glass, clocks, glassware, lamps, mirrors, pictures, artwork, Flat Panel Televisions, or any other fragile articles that are not packed & un-packed by LG Moving will only be moved at the owners risk. Because the mechanical condition of electronics and appliances is unknown; we only assume responsibility for items which are mishandled or receive visible damage by our staff. We are not responsible for unprotected flooring. If due to an inherent weakness in a piece of furniture (I.E. defect, prior repair, unstable construction) a damage occurs, you understand that we will not be liable for any damage (s) to that piece. LG Moving is only responsible for items in our immediate care. LG Moving assumes no responsibility for money, jewelry, or other valuables, please make sure these items are safely put away before our moving crew arrives. LG Moving’s policy in regards to particle board/ready-to-assemble furniture: These items are not structurally created to be moved once assembled, we will not repair or replace these items in the event they are damaged during the move. LG Moving will not be responsible for claims not specified on this contract. Please inspect all goods before agreeing to the terms in our contract. Any complaints filed after 24hrs of job completion will not be evaluated.
Inventory: Please note, LGM does not provide inventory lists for your belongings. It is your full responsibility to assure any items that need to be located immediately are either transported by your person at your own risk or labeled and marked so our crew can assure items are in the proper location.
